Yours is the most complete site dealing with difficult people I've ever come upon. Can you tell me what you charge for onsites, with perhaps 50 people in attendance--in Dallas, Texas?

You taught a business writing course this very day in Atlanta, and having attended, I can tell you two things:
1. I learned a great deal about structuring an email--and business writing in general.
2. YOUR SEMINAR WASN'T BORING.
I don't know what you drink to get your energy, Mr. Energy Vampire Slayer, but I WANT SOME OF IT!
